We manufacture solely in the UK. This means we do not have to fly or ship our products many miles to get them to you.

We do not send out hundreds of mail shots or catalogues. Some of you prefer to see our products on a printed page, but the majority find the website is ideal - so we don't have to cut down lots of trees to show you our stuff. You can print out our catalogue from the website.

In our offices, we strive to operate a paperless system. There are some things we do have to have in paper form, but we keep these to a minimum.

We try to contact you by email where possible, or by telephone if you provide your number. We only send letters if we really, really need to get hold of you when other routes have failed.

We keep our packaging to a minimum. All our packaging can be reused or recycled, and we try to use recycled paper and card where possible.
