I have twins. Do I get a discount?
In conjunction with TAMBA, we offer a 10% discount for twins. Please quote your TAMBA membership number at the time of ordering. We cannot process TAMBA discounts online, so please phone us to place your order.
Can I have a discount if I buy several Hoodies?
If you have a TAMBA membership number, then we offer a 10% discount on all your purchases, even when you are buying only one item. But sorry, we don't offer bulk discounts apart from this.
Can I use two discount codes at once?
Sorry, but no. You can only use one discount code at a time. They can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Can I use discount codes and gift vouchers on sale items?
Yes, you can. They can be used on all purchases. Some special offer codes only apply after a specified minimum order value, however.
I have entered a competition, how will I know if I’ve won?
We will let you know if you’ve won one of our competitions, by emailing you, or, if we do not have your email address, by writing to you. Your name will also appear on our Competition page on our Winners list.
My discount code is not working. Why?
First, check that the offer has not expired. Some offers only work above a certain specified minimum order value. Finally, the free P&P offer when you quote a referral code given to you by a friend is processed as a refund, once we have checked the code is valid, and will not be discounted at the time of order.
