From time to time we send you special offers and details of promotions. We try to tailor offers to suit you. This should make your offers more relevant and worthwhile to you. This also means that not everyone will get the same offers.

I have twins. Do I get a discount?

In conjunction with TAMBA, we offer a 10% discount for twins. Please quote your TAMBA membership number at the time of ordering. We cannot process individual TAMBA discounts online, so please phone us to place your order.

Can I have a discount if I buy several Hoodies?

If you have a TAMBA membership number, then we offer a 10% discount on all your purchases, even when you are buying only one item. Sorry, we don't offer bulk discounts apart from this.

Can I use two discount codes at once?

Sorry, no. You can only use one discount code at a time. They can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Can I use discount codes and gift vouchers on sale items?

Gift vouchers, yes. Discount codes, no.

I have entered a competition, how will I know if I’ve won?

We will let you know if you’ve won one of our competitions, by emailing you, or, if we do not have your email address, by writing to you. Your name will also appear on our Competition page on our Winners list.
