- Where do you deliver?
We aim to deliver anywhere in the world. If Royal Mail will take it, we'll send it.
- How much does delivery cost?
This depends on where you want your parcel delivered to. We try to keep the prices down as much as possible and use a next day courier for all deliveries where possible, if you provide us with a mobile number you will be able to track or rearrange your delivery.
- UK Mainland: £4.95 Tracked Courier Service - order before 1pm. (Non Mainland UK: £3.95 1st Class Royal Mail)
- Europe: Starts at £6.95 and depends on the weight of your order.
- Rest of the World: Starts at £9.95 and depends on the weight of your order
Please ensure you choose the correct delivery option for the delivery address. If you don't and you pay too little, we'll have to contact you for additional payment and this may mean your order is delayed. If you pay too much, we'll refund the difference to you automatically.
- How long will delivery take?
Our timescales are based on next day for Courier or Royal Mail's published delivery times. Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders the same day when the order is placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday.
Occasionally we may be out of stock, if this is the case we will contact you to let you know, give you an estimated timeframe for your item to come back into stock and ask if you would like to choose a different item or would prefer to wait until stock is available.
- Do you always meet your delivery timescales?
We’d love to say yes, but sadly that can't always be true. Sometimes events beyond our control (Postal strikes or Christmas delays) prevent this from happening.
- What if my order does not arrive?
Please let us know if your order has not arrived after 2 days of the date we notify you of dispatch (UK standard courier orders). We will then investigate and take appropriate action.
Please note we cannot accept responsibility for items when you have provided an incorrect address at the time of order.
- What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you. Each order can, however, only be sent to a single address. If you would like items sent to two or more different addresses, you will have to place separate orders for each address.
